Our Condo and Townhouse is situated in the beautiful Casa Del Mila Oro Resort in sunny Osoyoos, BC.
Osoyoos and the surrounding area is referred to as the ONLY pocket dessert of Canada (Sonora Desert) with Osoyoos lake being the warmest Canadian lake. We’re proud to say that Osoyoos has been selected as a resort community, only one of 14 in all of Canada.
This quaint little town is home to appx 6500 full time people. During the summer months, an astounding 350,000 tourists visit Osoyoos, Oliver and the Okanagan Falls areas. Visitors come to Osoyoos to soak up the sun and heat, while visiting many of the amazing wineries located from Osoyoos to Penticton. This is the “Wine Capital of Canada”.
Whatever your reason, Osoyoos is your playground! Boating, wine tours, visiting our Okanagan fruit stands & orchards, golf, enjoying the afternoon going down a float, or just lazing around in the summer to skiing (and most winter sports) and turning into one of our snowbirds for the winter... we have it all!

Private Boat Dock
There's a private boat dock on the
lake, across the street from the
townhouses to the south, with boat
slips for up to 22 boats. These are
for the guests of Casa Del Mila Oro
Please note that there is no buoy
moorage allowed anywhere along the resort's beach front areas.
To reserve your boat slip, you'll need to call ahead and make reservations with management. It gets busy during the summer months so you'll want to call as soon as possible to avoid disappointment if there is no availability.
Prices to rent the boat slip are $25 per day or $150 for the week which is paid directly to management. There is no GST charged on boat moorage.
There is no parking available at the resort for RV's, boat trailers or trailers of any kind. Secure boat trailer parking is provided by the town of Osoyoos, only 2-3 minutes away.
As you pull into the complex off
Lakeshore Drive, you'll drive
straight through to the back,
passing the pool on your left.
You’ll have the use of parking stall #210 for the length of your stay.
The parking stall is just a few steps away from the stairs which will lead you up to the unit on the second level.
You'll have the use of parking stall #119 for the length of your stay, as well as the single car garage. You will find the townhouse parking stall on the left side, last stall
There are a few visitor parking stalls for guests at the back and at the entrance to the complex. During the busy summer months they may not be available, but there is additional parking on Lakeshore Drive, in front of the resort's west condo building.
If your guests end up parking on the road, it's only a short
1-2 minute walk to the unit you're renting.
Casa Del Mila Oro Resort's A/C and heating is very energy efficient.
It's a geo-thermal HVAC (heating ventilation and air conditioning) system which uses the ground
temperature (actually, the temperature of the earth's crust) to remove or add heat to plumbed water.
You don't need an energy source, such as electric or natural gas. The earth is your energy source.
Isn't that pretty neat?
Our units have LED bulbs throughout.
All our appliances (dishwasher, fridge, stone, convection oven and microwave oven) have been replaced with new updated energy efficient models.
We will be replacing the washer and dryer with brand new full-size energy-efficient models in September 2022.
Our windows are high efficiency vinyl windows and the whole building is well insulated with 2x6 exterior walls.
Our BBQs are natural gas, not propane.
Private 300' Beach with access to
Casa Del Mila Oro Resort owns the 300’
private resort beach which runs along
Lakeshore Drive on the south side.
Grab your water toys, towel and sunblock,
then head down the stairs from the
condo. When you get to the bottom
of the stairs, turn right and stay to
the left of townhouse #120, cross
the road and you've just taken a
short cut to the beach!
From the townhouse, just look
out the patio door and you will
see the lake.
Please note that Lakeshore Drive
isn't a very busy road but still use
caution when crossing.
Walk across the lush green grass to the lake and you'll see little sandy bays where children can build a sand castle. You'll notice roped off areas in the water for the safety of our guests.
Please note that NO PETS ALLOWED ON OUR PRIVATE BEACH.
Looking to have a picnic with your pet? You will find a large grassy area with picnic tables, benches and restrooms to the west of our private beach, at Goodman Park (this is an unfenced dog park). Looking at the lake, turn right and walk one minute and the dog park is on the opposite side of our fence.
We're Pet Friendly!
We're dog lovers and pet parents,
therefore our condo is pet friendly.
TWO pets maximum is permitted ON APPROVAL ONLY.
There's a non-refundable pet fee charge of $100 plus GST ($105) AND $50 plus GST ($52.50) for two pets for the length of your stay. TOTAL $152.50 for two pets.
OUR PET RULES:
*Pets are ONLY permitted if approved
at the time of reservation.
*Pets must be spayed or neutered and
have their current vaccinations, including
their rabies shots.
*Please clean up after them and be considerate to other guests in the complex if you have vocal pets. Unattended dogs who’s barking disturbs guests and results in complaints may result in fines for local noise bylaws.
*If your pet piddles, marks, or chews, please crate them.
*Pets are not permitted on the pool deck or the resort’s 300’ private beach.
*All pets must be on leash while on the resort property.
*Pets are not allowed on the greenspace in front of the townhouses (take them to Goodman Park to do their business, please).
Heated Swimming Pool and Hot Tub
You have access to the fenced-in heated swimming pool and hot tub. There are also sun umbrellas for you to enjoy and loungers for you to relax and suntan on. Please acquaint yourself with the rules of use of the pool and hot tub in the enclosure.
Please note that the pool and hot tub are open from May long weekend until Thanksgiving in October.

concerns or questions if needed.
The office is located in the building at the entrance to the pool.

Conference Centre Rental
Are you looking for a nice place to have a family reunion, birthday, wedding or any other occasion?
Why not get married on the beach and have your reception in our conference centre's poolside ballroom?
There are twenty 4'x8' tables and fifty chairs ready to use for your function included in the rental price as well as a kitchen. There is enough room for up to 86 guests (it is reduced to 50, due to COVID).

It is a very busy place!
In our second bedroom, each double bunk bed has a 24" smart tv, reading light and USB port. The bottom bunk has a night stand and the top bunk has a shelf to place a book, cellphone or a glass of water on.
There are plastic cups and plates in the kitchen. For safety, we even have a small table to place our young guests during their meals instead of seating them on the higher bar stools.
You will find games, puzzles, books, cards and more under the bottom bunk and in the drawer under the wine cooler.
The condo overlooks the courtyard where the pool and hot tub are. If you don't want to leave the comfort of the patio, you can keep an eye on older kids from the patio above.
